FAQ

Credit-Card

The credit card must match the name on the reservation for a quick self-check-in. If the reservation name differs from the credit card name, a manual check-in will be required, including a copy of the guest’s passport.

24-hour Check-in

Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival.

Check-in starts at 15:00. To guarantee early check-in you need to reserve the night before.

Lobby is open 24 hours and a manager is present in the building 8:00 to 18:00 and on call duty after-hours for emergencies.

Luggage Storage

The luggage self-storage is right next to the reception. The code for the keybox next to the door can you find in the reception.

You need to press down the black knob to open.

Return the key to the box and close it.

Guest Parking

Guest parking is free but subject to availability. The yellow marked tow-away is Hotel apartments. Private parking spots are in front of and to the back of the building. 

Very rarely are all parking spots being used.

Appartment Service

All apartments are equipped with linen and towels. Complementary cupon for cleaning of bathrooms and change of towels and linen is provided for reservations of 6 nights or more.

A complementary coupon for change of towels is provided for reservations of 3 nights or more. Laundry for guests in the basement has one washer and one dryer available from 8:00 to 21:00.

Check-Out

Please leave the apartment as received it and return the key to the lobby or “departure key drop off” box across from the reception.

General cleaning is provided by the hotel.

Damage or missing items from the apartment may be charged to the credit card on hold for the reservation.
